The day Chavez' constitutional referendum is voted upon. By Monday morning the world might well include an effective second Cuba. Only this "Castro" is one that the US is reliant upon for oil.
From what I've read, however, some of those that were pro-Chavez during last Decembers election are less exuberant about a constitutional reform that, in reality, equates to Dictator for life. Which might explain the masses pictured left.
