Made his rounds on all the midmorning talk shows while his impeachment trundled on. The assumed strategy here is to garnish a semblance of national sympathy or, perhaps, to lay the framework for life beyond political disgrace a la Eliot Spitzer.
Whatever. I have little regard for the Huffington Post beyond the excellent Adam Elkus but this Jason Linkins piece on Blago's appearance on the View (during which the breezy wretch Joy Behart affectionately tousled that odd creature that encapsulates Blago's obviously deranged skull) is very much worth a read.

I've thoroughly enjoyed Blago, and the way he's chosen to handle this.
Every now and then, someone like him reveals what it's really like behind the curtain.
And I thought I was a cynic. Is it that bad?
