He has to be. Beyond the blatant corruption on his behalf is his amazing ability to simply ignore calls for his resignation and send his spokeswoman out to assure the media it was "business as usual" and that:

Additionally, I'm a bit baffled that Illinois lawmakers have actually given this guy the benefit of resignation and not immediately moved to impeach him.

There was open speculation today in local papers by psychology profs from universities over whether Blago is a "socopath" or suffers from "delusions of grandeur" or other mental illnesses.
To me he's just a stupid, arrogant, venal S.O.B. and a product of the Democratic Machine.
He certainly is all that. Still might be worth testing him for syphilis.
