Will be filming a documentary in 2008 on Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Tehran, 13 Dec. (AKI) - American movie director Oliver Stone will start filming a documentary about Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in February 2008.

"The President has decided to accept the offer by Oliver Stone to participate in the documentary that the American director wants to do about him." said Ahmadinejad's cultural counselor Javad Shamghadari.

Stone has already done a biographical documentary on the life of Cuban President Fidel Castro.

According to Shamghadari, during the documentary "the American director did not behave with honesty, but the Iranian president accepted regardless."

The US director is set to arrive in Iran at the end of January 2008 to confirm the details for the documentary.
